Read the unsigned-build notice, download the public package and compare its SHA-256.
- Extract and open
Close any older copy of Signal Broker. Extract the entire portable ZIP to a folder, then open SignalBroker.exe. Keep SignalBroker.Runtime.dll beside it. The first launch prepares the bundled runtime in your local user folder; later launches reuse it. No installer or separate runtime installation is needed. Keep Windows security protections enabled; unsigned executables can still be blocked.

The app opens this website in your browser. Sign in there; a single-use code returns to the app. Your password never reaches it.
